Customer Service with Photoshop

Art Graphics Associate Mineola Knit Co. — Remote | Part-Time, approx 15 hrs/week | Long-Term Engagement Mineola Knit Co., a U.S.-based home textile manufacturer, is seeking a Customer Service & Art Graphics Associate to join our team on hourly basis (approximately 15 hours per week). This is a long-term engagement, ideal for someone looking for consistent, ongoing work they can build into their schedule. The role blends customer-facing communication with hands-on graphic design work, supporting clients as they bring their creative visions to life on our products. About the Role You'll be the bridge between our customers and our design process — fielding questions, troubleshooting artwork files, and making sure every graphic element meets production-ready standards. This is a great fit for someone who's equal parts people-person and pixel-perfectionist, looking for a stable, flexible remote role. Responsibilities • Communicate directly with customers via email to understand their design goals and answer questions throughout the order process • Perform touch-ups and light edits to customer-submitted graphic files (resizing, cleanup, format conversion, etc.) • Translate customer ideas into production-ready design concepts • Review artwork for production readiness Qualifications • Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator • Excellent communication skills via email • Comfortable managing multiple customer requests and deadlines independently • Strong attention to detail • Reliable internet access and a self-directed home-office setup
