Customer Service

* Provide customer support via Freshdesk, email, and other communication channels * Generate purchase orders and coordinate order processing * Follow up on order fulfilment and delivery status with customers and suppliers * Handle basic troubleshooting and resolve customer issues or escalate when necessary * Maintain accurate customer and order records * Assist with simple product management and product listing updates * Coordinate internally to ensure smooth workflow * Training will be provided for all systems and processes **Requirements** * Responsible * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Basic administrative and computer skills * Familiarity with Freshdesk or customer support platforms is an advantage * Able to work independently and as part of a team * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Singapore Time) * Weekend support on rotational basis when required
