Website link :- https://mach33media.com/ THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who lives at the intersection of client relationships and Klaviyo execution. This isn't a 'check-in and report' role; you'll be the strategic anchor for your accounts, coordinating across Klaviyo Managers, Copywriters, and Designers to ensure campaigns and flows go out on time, on brand, and on target. WHAT YOU'LL DO; Client Management Own client communication; timely, professional, and proactive across all accounts. Handle client questions, reporting requests, and performance updates with clarity and confidence. Build strong client relationships that reduce churn and increase trust in the agency. Campaign & Flow Execution Plan and maintain structured campaign calendars across multiple client accounts. Delegate tasks to Klaviyo Managers and track execution through to delivery. Review email and SMS campaigns before scheduling copy, design, segmentation, and logic. Build, audit, and refine Klaviyo flow structures and strategies. QA flow copy and setup inside Klaviyo to ensure technical accuracy. Performance & Reporting Monitor campaign and flow performance metrics open rates, click rates, revenue, deliverability. Identify performance gaps and surface actionable recommendations to the team and client. Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are submitted on time, every time. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR; Experience & Skills 2+ years of experience in email marketing, account management, or project management agency background strongly preferred. 2+ years of hands-on Klaviyo experience: flows, campaigns, segmentation, and reporting. Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball. Strong eye for copy, design alignment, and campaign logic you catch errors before they go live. Comfortable reading and communicating email performance data to non-technical clients. How You Work Client-first mindset: you treat every account like it's your most important one. You take ownership. If something slips, you catch it, own it, and fix it. Clear, confident communicator in writing, on calls, and across internal teams. Organised and structured you use systems to stay on top of complexity. Proactive, not reactive you anticipate problems before they reach the client.
