We do one thing, obsessively: we make managed IT companies, MSPs, impossible to ignore on Google, so the right clients call them instead of the competition. Local SEO, Google Ads, and websites built to convert, not to win design awards. We’ve done it for 150+ MSPs across the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. We’re 25 people across a dozen time zones. Our clients rate us a clean 5.0. We’re famously picky about which MSPs we take on, and we’re just as picky about who we hire. This role is the heartbeat of the whole thing. You’ll keep our clients happier than they’ve ever been with any vendor, and keep our own team sharp enough to make that happiness possible. Half relationship, half marketing brain, all backbone. What you’ll actually do: - Be the customer’s champion. You make their day. You remember the details they mentioned once. You send the Loom, the gift box, the “saw this, thought of you.” We come from six-star hospitality. We delight on purpose, and a lot of that is yours to own. - Be the heart of the company. You live in ClickUp and Discord. You turn “the client needs X” into the right task, on the right person, with the right deadline, and you don’t let it die in a queue. When something’s about to slip, you already knew, and you already moved. - Hold the line. You hold our team to a high standard and you stop weak work before it ever reaches a client. CSMs are the last line of defense. If it’s not good enough for an executive, it doesn’t ship. - Actually understand the marketing. This is the rare part. You can look at a client’s Google Ads, their local search presence, their landing page and their click-through rate and have a real opinion, not just forward a report you don’t follow. You know why a page converts. You speak inbound, local SEO, CRO and design well enough to earn a client’s trust on a live call. - Make everyone faster. You support our senior CSMs, writing emails, building the client-contact processes, even vibe-coding small automations in Claude Code to kill the busywork. People are better because you’re on the team. - Be a beacon. Positive energy, leadership, collaboration. The room is better when you’re in it. - Non-negotiable Please don’t apply unless this is you. * Native or near-native English. You write like a human, fast, and a client can’t tell you’re not in the next room. * Follow-through that’s almost a compulsion. You close loops. Nothing falls through you. Ever. (It’s the #1 thing we hire for, and the #1 thing people fail.) * You genuinely get inbound marketing, Google Ads, SEO, local SEO, CRO, design and click-through, well enough to be useful on a real client call, not just buzzword-fluent. * B2B experience, ideally from a serious shop. You’ve seen what “good” looks like at scale, not just at a 3-person agency. * Proactive, not reactive. You catch the problem before the client ever feels it. * US-friendly hours, and you’re here for the long game. We invest heavily in our people and we want someone who’ll grow with us for years, not months. - Negotiable Nice, not required. * MSP or managed-IT background. We’ll teach you the industry; we can’t teach you to care. * Hands-on Claude Code / AI-automation chops. You’ll learn it here, but you’d better be excited about it. * HubSpot, ClickUp, Stripe. We use them; tools are learnable. * A marketing-agency pedigree. Helpful, not a substitute for the non-negotiables above. - Why this seat matters We say it plainly inside the company: a CSM isn’t managing tasks, they’re protecting revenue. A single MSP relationship is worth a small fortune over the years we keep them, and the thing that decides whether we keep them is almost never the technical work. It’s communication and care. That’s you. You’re not “support.” You’re the reason they stay, refer us, and tell people we’re the best money they spend. You’ll work directly with me, Lodewijk. I’ll be straight with you, Dutch-direct, because that’s how good people get sharper.
