About Rivermate Rivermate is a global Employer of Record (EOR) platform helping companies hire and manage international contractors and employees compliantly. We're looking for a proactive, bilingual Customer Success Manager based in Latin America to join our team on a full-time contract basis and own the day-to-day success of our US-based clients and their international workforce. What You'll Be Doing Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of US-based clients and their contractors/employees Monitor contractor status, flag issues proactively, and resolve questions before they escalate Communicate clearly and regularly with clients via phone, Slack, and email Track open tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines in Asana, keeping everything organized and nothing falling through the cracks Coordinate internally with operations, finance, and compliance teams to resolve client issues Escalate critical issues appropriately and follow through until resolution is confirmed Who You Are Based in Latin America with availability during US business hours (EST, CST, or PST) Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) required Portuguese is a strong plus and will be prioritised 1–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client support Background in EOR, HR, payroll, or a related industry is preferred, you need to understand what our clients are dealing with Comfortable working in Slack, Asana, and Google Workspace daily Responsive, organized, and proactive, you don't wait for clients to come to you Strong written communication, your emails and messages represent Rivermate What We Offer Fixed monthly contract up to $1,500 USD Full-time engagement (40 hours/week) Remote-first, work from anywhere in LATAM A fast-growing international team with real ownership and visibility Direct exposure to global HR operations and EOR practices across 150+ countries How to Apply Please apply with: A short intro (3–5 sentences) on your background and why this role fits you Your language proficiency: Spanish / English / Portuguese and your level in each One example of a client issue you resolved what happened, what you did, what the outcome was Your availability and current timezone Applications without these four points will not be reviewed.
