Customer Success Manager (Remote)

We are Agently and we are growing fast. We are looking for a hyper proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team to work with leading real estate companies across the US who love what we do. About the Role As a Customer Success Manager your job would be to onboard and help our clients grow their real estate business. You’ll be the main point of contact for our US-based real estate clients, guiding them through onboarding, answering questions, and making sure they succeed with our platform. This isn’t a corporate job! You’ll have real ownership, the freedom to drive improvements, and a team that listens to your ideas. What You’ll Do - Onboard new clients and ensure smooth adoption of the platform; - Conduct regular calls with clients to check in and provide support; - Suggest ways clients can improve their operations; - Troubleshoot issues and suggest platform or process improvements; - Take full ownership of your area of work and continuously strive to improve it; - We don't expect any knowledge of real estate, but we expact you to be a fast-learner; What We’re Looking For - Fluent English (written and spoken) — essential for working with U.S. clients - Based in Europe - Independent, proactive, and eager to learn fast - Experience in customer success or account management is a plus, but attitude matters most - A team player who loves solving problems and growing with the company Our Performance Formula: P = (Knowledge + Experience + Creativity) × Attitude² If that resonates with you, you’ll fit right in.
