Customer Success Manager

Title: Customer Success Manager (Remote - Part Time to Full Time) We're a fast-growing lead generation company helping real estate agents across the US. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our remote team. This starts as a part time role but grows to full time quickly as we scale. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: - Onboarding new clients via Zoom calls - Handling client emails and text messages - Being the main point of contact for all client questions - Setting up new client accounts in our system YOU'RE THE RIGHT FIT IF: - Your English is clear, confident and fluent - You're warm and personable on video calls - You're self sufficient and don't need micromanaging - You're reliable and ready to grow with a fast moving company DETAILS: - Fully remote - Part time to start (growing to full time) - $800 - $1,200/month to start, growing as hours increase - Performance bonus per successful onboarding call TO APPLY: Record a quick 1-2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and telling me why you'd be a great fit for a client facing role.
