Summary

Project Overview We run an AI-powered marketing platform for service professionals in India (dietitians, dentists, interior designers, fitness trainers, etc.). We are onboarding our first cohort of 20 customers and need someone to get each of them live on the platform fast — and keep them supported. This is a people-first role. You'll be speaking with small business owners, not tech teams. Clarity and patience matter. What You'll Do Schedule and run a 1:1 onboarding call with each new customer within 24 hours of signup Walk them through — via screen share — connecting their Meta Business Page, Meta Business Manager, and Meta Ads Account to our platform Help them add budget to their ad account (UPI / card / net banking) Confirm everything is live before you close the onboarding session Send a short WhatsApp/email follow-up with next steps after every call Handle all customer questions via WhatsApp, email, or phone — respond within 4 hours Troubleshoot common Meta issues: payment failures, ad rejections, permission errors Check in proactively at Week 2 and Week 4 after onboarding Maintain a simple tracker of onboarding status across all 20 customers You Must Have Hands-on experience setting up Meta Business Manager, Business Pages, and Ads Accounts Comfortable running screen-share calls with non-technical users Fluent in English and Hindi Available Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 7 PM IST Organised enough to manage 20 parallel onboardings without things slipping You do NOT need to run or optimise ads — the platform handles that. Your job is getting accounts connected and customers confident. Scope 20 customers, Cohort 1 (potential to grow) Part-time, ~15–20 hrs/week Target: every customer live within 48 hours of their onboarding call To Apply — Please Answer These 4 Questions (Applications without answers will not be reviewed) How many Meta Business Manager accounts have you set up for clients?
