Customer Success & Sales Agent

CUSTOMER SUCCESS & SALES AGENT FOR AI IMAGE GENERATION PLATFORM (REMOTE) Overview We're a fast-growing AI image generation platform serving fashion brands, ecommerce retailers and content creators. We're looking for a confident, customer-obsessed Customer Success & Sales Agent to onboard new users, handle calls, drive sign-ups and make sure our customers get maximum value from the product. This is a hybrid customer success and sales role – part onboarding specialist, part account manager, part new business. If you love talking to people, learning new software fast and you're motivated by hitting targets, this is for you. What you'll do • Onboard new clients – guide them through setup and their first results, run onboarding calls and demos • Handle inbound calls and enquiries, resolving issues and converting interest into sign-ups • Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers to generate new sign-ups • Check in proactively with new customers to make sure they're happy and getting results • Gather product feedback and share insights with our team • Educate users on advanced features so they're getting full value from the platform • Spot upsell opportunities as customer needs grow What we're looking for • Experience in customer service, customer success, account management or telesales (SaaS or ecommerce a plus) • Excellent spoken English and a confident, friendly phone manner • Comfortable on both inbound support calls and outbound sales calls • Quick to learn new software; able to explain technical features simply • Organised, self-motivated and target-driven • Interest in AI tools and the fashion/ecommerce space
