Customer Success/Sales/GTM for SAAS

We are looking for a Customer Success/Sales/GTM professional our SAAS business. Core responsibilities will include: - existing customer support via ticketing system (bug reports, delivering guides, new feature requests) - existing customer revenue expansion (upselling new services/product expansion) - new customer acquisition using our proven cold calling scripts, emails and lead lists - social media posting We are a very AI-forward organization and will provide access to cutting edge agents and models to ensure both high velocity and quality delivery of tasks. We are willing to train and provide clear actionable deliveries and assistance to ensure success in the role.
