About the Role As a Customer Success & Service Coordinator, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients, helping coordinate yacht maintenance and restoration projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely with clients in the U.S., marine technicians, and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly and clients feel supported every step of the way. 👉 No marine knowledge required — we’ll train you. What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, communicate clearly, and manage multiple tasks confidently. What You’ll Do - Be the primary contact for clients, providing updates and support - Build strong, trust-based relationships that lead to repeat business - Coordinate schedules and workflows between clients, technicians, and suppliers - Track project timelines, documentation, and deliverables - Prepare estimates, work orders, invoices, and follow-ups - Identify opportunities to recommend additional services - Represent the Sail Onyx brand with professionalism and attention to detail What We’re Looking For - Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken) - Strong communication and customer service skills - Experience in account management, operations, sales, or customer success - Highly organized and detail-oriented - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Curious, proactive, and open to learning a new industry - Experience working with U.S. clients is a strong plus What You’ll Get - Competitive salary based on experience - Full training in the yacht and marine care industry - Daily interaction with U.S. clients to strengthen communication skills - Supportive, collaborative remote team - Real growth opportunities within a fast-expanding company If you’re looking for a role where you can learn, grow, communicate, and build a long-term career, we’d love to hear from you 🌊
