Summary

Customer Success Specialist We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a smooth, positive experience from onboarding through ongoing support. Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and support Assist with onboarding new clients and guiding them through the process Monitor customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and engagement Respond to emails/messages in a timely and professional manner Resolve issues or escalate concerns when necessary Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Requirements: Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Experience in customer service, support, or success roles (preferred but not required) Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Comfortable using email, chat tools, and basic CRM systems Reliable internet connection and remote work setup Nice to Have: Experience with SaaS, e-commerce, or online services Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar Ability to work independently with minimal supervision What We Offer: Remote work setup Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity for long-term work and growth
