Customer Support Agent (French + English) | Full-Time | E-commerce Skincare Brand

We are looking for two full-time Customer Support Agents to join the customer experience team of a fast-growing French skincare e-commerce brand. If you enjoy helping customers, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced online environment, we'd love to hear from you. About the role As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the voice of our brand and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will assist customers throughout their journey, from product advice to post-purchase support, while maintaining a high level of empathy, professionalism, and accuracy. Beyond answering customer inquiries, you'll also help identify recurring issues, escalate product or logistics concerns when necessary, and contribute to continuously improving our customer experience. Responsibilities *Respond to customer inquiries via email using Zendesk *Handle order-related requests (delivery, returns, exchanges, refunds, etc.) *Investigate logistics issues and coordinate with internal teams *Follow internal procedures and ensure consistent communication with customers *Collaborate daily with the Customer Experience team through Slack Tools you'll use *Zendesk *Shopify *Slack *Google Sheets Requirements *Native or near-native French *Fluent English (internal communication is in English) *Previous experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce *Excellent written communication skills *Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes *Able to work at least 35 hours per week on a long-term basis
