Customer Support Agent (E-commerce Brand) – Long-Term Position

About Us We are a growing e-commerce brand looking for a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our team long-term. Responsibilities Customer Support • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media • Handle order status, tracking, and product inquiries • Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner • Process refunds, replacements, and returns based on company policy • Escalate complex issues when needed Order Management • Monitor customer orders and fulfillment status • Communicate with logistics/fulfillment teams • Follow up on delayed shipments • Update customers on order progress Customer Experience • Maintain a professional and friendly tone at all times • Ensure fast response times and high customer satisfaction • Represent the brand positively in all interactions Administrative Tasks • Maintain accurate support records • Follow SOPs and internal guidelines • Provide daily updates on tickets and unresolved issues Requirements • Previous experience in customer support (e-commerce preferred) • Excellent written English communication • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently • Reliable internet connection and workspace • Familiarity with Shopify and Zendesk (or similar tools) What We’re Looking For: • Strong written English and professional communication skills • Reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented • Able to follow SOPs and maintain professionalism • Experience managing subscriptions, billing, and refunds • eCommerce/Shopify support experience is a plus Compensation • Fixed budget: $250/month • Half-shift schedule • Long-term opportunity • Performance-based growth may be considered over time To Apply Please answer the following: Describe your previous customer support experience What e-commerce platforms or tools have you worked with?
