Customer Support Agent (for Ecommerce Brand)

We are looking for a new person to join the customer support team of a growing ecommerce brand. The role involves assisting customers before, during, and after their order to provide a smooth, professional, and positive experience. Your daily tasks: • Reply to customer emails via Help Scout • Handle requests related to order tracking, returns, refunds, and delivery issues • Assist customers with sizing and product questions • Follow internal customer support processes • Use Shopify and customer support tools on a daily basis • Contribute to improving the overall customer experience • Maintain professional, clear, and positive communication with customers We are looking for someone who is: • Organized and detail-oriented • Very comfortable writing in English • Patient and able to handle a high volume of messages • Autonomous and reactive • Able to follow clear processes and guidelines • Interested in a long-term collaboration Important skills: • Excellent written English is mandatory • Previous customer support experience is a plus • Shopify or Help Scout experience is appreciated Schedule: • Minimum availability: 2 hours per day • Daily work required Important: Do you recognize yourself in this job offer and feel ready to join the adventure? 😊 Then feel free to apply if your profile matches the criteria mentioned above.
