Customer Support Agent for Holiday Let

We are seeking a dedicated customer support agent to manage inquiries and issues for our holiday let business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to handle a variety of customer queries efficiently. Responsibilities include responding to emails, engaging in online chat support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you! - Guest support - messenger, email, phone calls - Monitor cleaning team ensure all running smoothly and coordinate guest check-in and check-outs - Manage review requests, monitor positive and negative reviews - Handle damage deposit requests - Organise our mailboxes and shared drive - Maintain operational spreadsheets. The right candidate: - Personable - Good spoken english on the phone - Wants to provide the customers correct, useful information - Organised - Great attention to detail. We are not looking for an AI chatbot. We want human touch and care for our hospitality business!! -You will be covering 5pm to 1am. (8 hours UK time)
