MUST HAVE AMAZON AND ZENDESK EXPERIENCE! Manage Zendesk for all channels (Amazon, Shopify, Email, Socials) – respond within 24h on any day Handle returns, refunds, and replacements for customers (direct shipments) Handle A–Z claims in Seller Central Monitor and reply to customer reviews and feedback on all sales channels; check if any feedback should be removed Create and update FAQ templates Automate replies using Zendesk AI/macros – aim to automate as much as possible Monitor FBM and Shopify orders with warehouse and Seller Central: ensure shipment flow, tracking, and issue follow-up
