Customer Support & Client Success Specialist We are hiring a Customer Support & Client Success Specialist to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and solid technical knowledge of modern support and business tools. Requirements: Excellent English: flawless grammar, clear pronunciation, and a neutral accent. Proven experience in customer support/service: calls, email, and chat communication. Strong writing skills for professional email and message responses. Hands-on experience with: CRM and booking systems (client tracking, scheduling, and support). GoHighLevel (GHL) for workflows and automation. Phone-based CRMs / call handling systems. Slack for team communication. Google Sheets / Excel for tracking and reporting. Knowledge of Yelp, Google Local, and Google Ads platforms is highly valued. Spanish proficiency is a plus. Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism. Respond to client inquiries across phone, email, and chat. Process bookings and update records in CRM/booking systems. Follow up with customers, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience. Collaborate with the team via Slack and maintain accurate reporting in spreadsheets. Assist with handling leads and client communication from Yelp, Google Ads, and Google Local. To Apply: Please provide: Record A 2–3 minute video introduction showcasing your English fluency.
