Customer Support & Collections Representative (Remote) PH ONLY

We are seeking a reliable and professional Collections Representative to join our remote team on a full-time, long-term basis. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in handling collections conversations, and the ability to manage customer interactions with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound collections calls to follow up on outstanding account receivables Respond to customer support inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner Assess customer situations and negotiate appropriate payment solutions Maintain accurate records and represent the company in accordance with brand standards Qualifications Fluent in English (spoken and written) Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) Experience with Monday.com or Zendesk is preferred Comfortable with collections, negotiations, and sensitive conversations Strong commitment to a full-time, long-term role Work Schedule Full-time, remote position Six (6) days per week 45–55 hours per week Application Instructions To be considered, begin your proposal with the word FUN.
