We are looking for a highly organized and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. You will be the face of our brands, ensuring that our customers receive timely, helpful, and professional assistance. **Key Responsibilities** -Email Management: Efficiently manage and respond to a high volume of customer inquiries (averaging 100+ emails per day). -Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve order-related issues (tracking, returns, product inquiries) with a solution-oriented mindset. -Quality Assurance: Maintain our high standards of service by providing clear, accurate, and professional communication in every interaction. -Timely Support: Ensure all customer inquiries are addressed within a 24-hour SLA. **Requirements** -Communication: Bilingual: Exceptional written English skills. You must be able to convey information clearly and maintain a professional, friendly tone. -Efficiency: Proven ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage a high-volume workload without sacrificing quality. -Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce customer support or a high-volume ticketing environment is a plus. Tools: Familiarity with helpdesk software or CRM tools is preferred. Reliability: A stable internet connection and the ability to maintain consistent availability. Why Join Us?
