Customer Support Experts Needed

We are now hiring Customer Support Experts to assist our customers over the phone. This is a full-time position only with long-term potential Customers will call us and ask for assistance with various tasks, such as: Checking their email accounts Purchasing items they need Signing up for services Logging into or managing their accounts Checking or signing up for credit score reports Conducting general online searches The tasks we handle are all things that can be done online. This is the roadmap of our hiring process: Once you get shortlisted; you take a quiz that typically takes about an hour to complete. If you pass the quiz, you will be invited to take two live mock calls or skill tests. The first one usually takes around 20 minutes, and the second one is longer, typically about an hour. After passing the skill tests, you will proceed with orientation and training. Please note that our quizzes and skill tests can be challenging for beginners and require sharpness, speed and excellent attention to details. Please apply only if you are fully available for a full-time position. Please do not apply if you are not based in the Philippines. PAY & EARNING STRUCTURE Base rate starts at $4.50 per hour. Agents usually work 10 hours per day including the paid breaks, and we allow more hours if someone wants to earn more. During busy times, we also pay time-and-a-half overtime when we need additional coverage. Good performers can earn a monthly bonus between $60 and $150. There is a $50 monthly attendance bonus for consistent on-time performance. Every 6 months, we evaluate performance and agents can receive up to an extra $0.50 per hour added to their rate if they are doing well. With base hours plus bonuses and performance increases, a strong performer can earn up to around $1,100 per month. Thanks, Aron
