We are seeking a Customer Service Lead to represent our customer service team and ensure excellent customer experiences. The role involves overseeing customer interactions, resolving issues, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service. *There is no chat or email involved in this role. It is a phone only job.
