📄 About us We are a profitable, bootstrapped start-up with a small team spread across Europe. We have been growing constantly in the past few years, and we are currently looking for a full-time Customer Support & Operations Specialist that can take over this position. Our mission is helping brands and influencers connect and work together on gifted and paid collaborations on Instagram & TikTok. We currently work with more than 2k brands and over 20k influencers. The main markets we cover are the US, the UK, and Australia. Read more about us: thesocialcat.com 📄 Role overview We're looking for a Support & Operations Specialist to be the go-to person for brands and influencers on our platform. As the business has grown, we need someone dedicated full-time to keeping our users happy: answering questions, guiding brands on how to get the most out of the platform, and helping influencers with any issues they run into. The setup is already in place: organized workflows, tools, ready-made templates, and a solid Help Center. 📄 Responsibilities • Support and guide brands in getting the most out of our platform • Advise brands on best practices for collaborating with influencers • Assist influencers with platform-related queries • Review and approve brand and influencer applications on the platform • Update Help Center documentation when needed We use Front to centralize all email and social media tickets in one place. More than half are resolved using ready-made templates, and most of the rest are straightforward to handle.
