Customer Support Operator for the Latvian Version of a Czech E-Shop (Part-time & Fully Remote)

We are looking for a new addition to our customer support team for the Latvian version of an established Czech e-shop specializing in sports equipment. What will you do? - Communicate with customers in Latvian (phone, email) - Handle inquiries, orders, complaints, and returns - Collaborate with our back-office team in the Czech Republic - Work with e-shop administration – overview of orders, system updates, record-keeping What do we expect? - Perfect Latvian (native speaker or C1+) - Good knowledge of Czech or English (at least B2, for communication with colleagues) - Responsibility, attention to detail, and a desire to help customers - Own laptop and stable internet connection - Availability to work during the day, at least a few hours within working hours (fixed shifts not required) What do we offer? - Remote work (from anywhere) - Flexible hours – ideal as a supplement to other projects - Compensation based on actual work done (invoice or DPP) - Training and a friendly team that will always help you Who is this ideal for?
