Customer Support VA (Part-Time, Long-Term) - Shopify + Gmail

We run a growing e-commerce brand, Velantra, and we're looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to handle our customer support. This is a part-time, long-term role and the job is simple: keep our customers happy and our support inbox clean. What you'll be doing: - Managing our customer service inbox in Gmail - Processing refunds and customer requests in Shopify - Handling everything customer-support related (order questions, shipping updates, exchanges, returns) - Following our brand SOPs so every response is consistent and on-brand What we're looking for: - Comfortable working in Shopify (you'll be added to the store) and Gmail - Able to follow written SOPs closely and consistently - Good written English and a friendly, professional tone - Detail-oriented and dependable; you close out requests instead of leaving them open To make sure you actually read this, please start your application with the word "VELANTRA".
