Customer Support Rep — Smart Irrigation Brand (Zoom Phone, AI-Assisted)

Soildrops makes smart irrigation products (controllers, hose timers, soil sensors) sold on Amazon and our website. We're hiring a part-time customer support rep to take customer calls through Zoom Phone, plus some email and text follow-up. Most tickets are handled by our AI support system (CS Board) — it drafts replies, summarizes calls, and logs tickets for you. Your job is the human part: pick up the phone, help the customer, and let the AI handle the paperwork. You're a fit if you: - Are comfortable working with AI tools daily — our whole workflow runs on an AI-assisted dashboard. If AI tools make you nervous, this isn't the role. - Know irrigation basics — drip vs. hose-based, timers, zones, water pressure. Ideally you run an irrigation system at home (tell us about it when you apply). - Speak clear, friendly phone English and stay patient with frustrated customers. - Are reliable: quiet workspace, solid internet, and consistent availability during US daytime hours (Pacific). The work: answer inbound Zoom calls, walk customers through setup and troubleshooting, and flag anything needing a refund/replacement decision to the owner — you never have to make those calls yourself.
