Summary

**Customer Support Representative (Remote)** Per Diem is a fast-growing restaurant technology company helping restaurants manage mobile ordering, loyalty, and customer engagement. We're looking for a Customer Support Representative with excellent English communication skills who is organized, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work independently. **Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat * Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions * Manage tickets and customer follow-ups * Maintain accurate notes in CRM and support systems * Escalate technical issues when needed * Learn our platform and become a product expert **Requirements** * Previous customer support or customer success experience * Strong written and verbal English * Experience with CRM or support tools (HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce, etc.) * Strong attention to detail * Self-starter and quick learner * Comfortable working with software and systems **Preferred** * SaaS or startup experience * Restaurant or hospitality experience **Please answer the following when applying:** 1.
