We're a growing e-commerce brand looking for a reliable, customer-support rep to own our customer communications. If you know Gorgias, you're comfortable in Shopify, and you take pride in resolving issues cleanly and fast, read on. The role You'll be the voice of the brand to our customers. We have clear SOPs for every scenario so you won't be guessing. Your job is to follow them precisely, communicate warmly, and resolve issues. This is a long-term role for the right person. What you'll be handling Order issues and enquiries Shipping complaints and delivery follow-ups Size and product change requests Returns and refund requests General customer questions via email What we're looking for Hands-on Gorgias experience, you've worked inside it, not just heard of it Familiarity with Shopify, you can look up orders, check statuses, and navigate the backend without being walked through it Experience following SOPs precisely, we have processes for everything and we need them respected Excellent written English, warm, clear, professional Fast responder, you take response times seriously and don't let tickets sit Someone who genuinely likes helping people and doesn't treat support as just a job Italian language skills are a plus but not required What success looks like Customers feel heard and helped. Issues are resolved on first contact wherever possible. Response times are fast and consistent. SOPs are followed.
