This is a fast-paced, remote position that requires a high level of organization, multi-tasking, and deep empathy for customer needs. Key Responsibilities: ๐Ÿ‘‰ Handle customer inquiries and concerns across multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Actively listen to customers to accurately diagnose and understand their needs. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Resolve complex issues effectively, efficiently, and with a solution-oriented mindset. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Provide comprehensive, accurate information regarding our products and services. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Collaborate with our team to share best practices and contribute positively to our team dynamics. Required Qualifications: ๐Ÿ‘‰ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Multilungal agents are given preference. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Proven experience in customer service/support is essential. ๐Ÿ‘‰ A background in a related customer-facing field such as retail or hospitality is highly preferred (considered a major plus). ๐Ÿ‘‰ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Ability to work autonomously as an independent freelancer while remaining a collaborative, reliable team player.
