Customer Support Representative

We are looking for an experienced Shopify Customer Support Specialist to handle daily customer inquiries and order-related issues. This role also involves managing PayPal and Shopify chargebacks and responding to customer messages on social media. Must be very fluent in English, with excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via email and live chat on Shopify Resolve order issues including refunds, returns, and delivery questions Manage PayPal and Shopify chargebacks, collect evidence, and respond within deadlines Communicate clearly with customers to prevent disputes and escalations Monitor and reply to customer messages and comments on social media Work closely with the logistics team to resolve tracking and delivery issues Requirements: Experience with Shopify customer support Must be very familiar with order tracking and tracking numbers such as Last mile tracking numbers and local tracking numbers Familiar with PayPal and Shopify chargeback processes Strong written English and professional communication skills Attention to details is a must Please include the phrase “VIP Support” in your application so we know you’ve read the job description in full.
