Customer Support & Social Media Assistant

**Overview** Lithodomos (Ancient World) delivers phone-based AR/VR experiences to visitors at heritage sites worldwide. We have an AI support assistant handling first-line questions and need a dependable human behind it — picking up what the bot escalates, and keeping our social presence ticking over. Around 8–12 hours a week, flexible (some responsiveness during European daytime helps), ongoing. **What you'll do** - Be the human on escalations: when the support bot can't resolve something, step in by WhatsApp/email — clear, friendly, plain replies. - Spot recurring issues and flag them so we can improve the help content. - Keep our social channels alive: draft and schedule simple posts (launches, site reconstructions, behind-the-scenes), light engagement. - Help repurpose our existing content (reconstruction images, launches) into posts. **You are** - Warm, clear, and calm in customer messages — plain language, no fluff, no over-promising. - Organised and responsive; reliable about coverage windows. - Comfortable drafting social copy and using a basic scheduler. **Nice to have:** a second/third language (Italian, Spanish, German, French especially), travel/tourism or customer-support background, light Canva/social-tooling skills.
