Schedule: 5 days per week | 12-hour shifts
Compensation: $500 during the 14-day probation period, with long-term compensation structure based on performance Job Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist (Chat Support) to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing real-time conversations with customers through online chat platforms. You will engage with customers, maintain meaningful conversations, provide excellent support, and ensure a positive customer experience through professional and personalized communication. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys conversations, understands how to build rapport, has strong written communication skills, and can maintain engaging interactions with multiple customers throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Customer Chat Support & Communication * Manage multiple customer conversations through online chat platforms simultaneously * Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages * Maintain engaging, natural, and personalized conversations * Build positive customer relationships through consistent communication * Understand customer needs and provide appropriate responses * Ensure customers receive a high-quality and enjoyable support experience Conversation Management * Adapt communication style based on different customer personalities and preferences * Maintain a friendly, positive, and professional tone throughout conversations * Keep conversations active and engaging while following company guidelines * Track important customer information and conversation details when required * Follow communication processes and quality standards Performance & Quality Management * Meet daily communication and performance expectations * Maintain high response quality and customer satisfaction standards * Review feedback and continuously improve communication skills * Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Requirements * Excellent written English communication skills * Strong conversational ability and confidence communicating through chat * Ability to build rapport and maintain engaging conversations * Strong attention to detail * Reliable and able to work independently * Comfortable working extended online chat shifts * Ability to manage multiple conversations at the same time * Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ideal Candidate You are someone who: * Enjoys communicating with people * Can create natural and engaging conversations * Is patient, reliable, and emotionally intelligent * Can stay focused during long periods of online communication * Takes ownership of customer interactions and delivers excellent experiences
