Client Success Support Specialist (Remote) | Customer Support, Refund Requests & GoHighLevel 💰 $15-$20/hour (depending on experience) 🌎 Fully Remote 🕒 Must be available during Eastern Time business hours Advanced Agent Marketing is looking for a Client Success Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role is primarily customer-facing and will serve as a key point of contact for clients who need assistance, have questions, require technical support, or need help resolving issues related to their accounts. We're specifically looking for someone who can confidently handle client escalations, refund requests, and conflict resolution conversations while maintaining a professional, empathetic, and solutions-oriented approach. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and creating exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities • Respond to client questions and support requests • Handle refund requests, credit-back requests, and client escalations • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently • Troubleshoot basic technical issues within GoHighLevel (GHL) • Update and maintain accurate records in GHL • Support Client Success Managers with operational and administrative tasks • Track client requests, applications, and account updates • Escalate issues when appropriate while maintaining excellent communication • Help improve internal support processes and workflows Requirements • Previous customer support, client success, or account management experience • Strong written English and communication skills • Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable making decisions independently • Ability to remain calm and professional during difficult client conversations • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup • Available during Eastern Time business hours Bonus Points • Experience handling refunds, disputes, or retention conversations • Experience working with marketing agencies • Familiarity with financial services, annuities, or appointment-setting businesses • Experience using Slack and other remote collaboration tools To Apply Please submit: - Your resume - A short Loom video (2-5 minutes) introducing yourself - Your experience with GoHighLevel - Examples of customer support or client success roles you've held - A brief explanation of how you've handled a difficult client situation in the past Applications without a Loom video will not be considered.
