Customer Support Staffing Engagement

This opportunity is intended for staffing agencies. We're seeking a partnership with a staffing agency to provide a dedicated Customer Support contractor for an engagement beginning in August 2026 to support anticipated seasonal project demand. The initial phase will focus on orientation to the TruHu engagement, familiarization with our platform and customer environment, and knowledge transfer so the contractor is prepared to provide services as project activity increases. The contractor's level of effort may be limited during the initial orientation period and is expected to increase as the project activity ramps up. While the duration of the engagement has not been determined, it has the potential to expand to a full-time level of effort and continue on a longer-term basis. The assigned contractor will provide services exclusively in support of the TruHu engagement and will coordinate with designated TruHu contacts to complete assigned project work. Agency Requirements • Ability to place a candidate within +4 / −4 hours of U.S. Central Time. • Demonstrated secure operating environment. SOC 2, ISO, or similar certifications are preferred. • Ability to provision and manage devices and make staffing changes quickly without disrupting project continuity. • Agency remains responsible for recruiting, employing, compensating, supervising, and, if necessary, replacing assigned personnel throughout the engagement. Candidate Profile We're looking for a professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while interacting professionally with clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, adapt to evolving project priorities, and provide customer support services within the scope of the engagement.
