Customer Support / Technical Support Specialist Needed (SaaS & eCommerce)

We're looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to help manage customer inquiries across chat, email, and support platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with: eCommerce support (Shopify Admin, order/returns/refunds management) SaaS/technical support (CRM tools, chatbot platforms, automation troubleshooting) Support software: Zendesk, Intercom, Outlook Payment dispute handling (PayPal, Klarna) Social media customer engagement (Facebook, Instagram, Meta) High-volume call/chat/email support experience Scope of Work: Respond to a set batch of customer inquiries professionally Troubleshoot basic technical issues and document resolutions Handle a sample set of order/refund/payment dispute scenarios Provide a short summary report of work completed Requirements: 2+ years of customer service or technical support experience Familiarity with Zendesk, Intercom, or similar platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills Deliverable: Completion of scoped tasks with a brief summary report, to be delivered within 2 weeks.
