Customer Support - Work from home

Hours: 7 to 15 hours per month Compensation: $350 USD per month, paid promptly at the end of each month as part of our standard payment schedule. Equivalent to approximately $23 to $50 USD per hour, depending on hours worked. Requirements Excellent written English Shopify experience Strong customer service background Outstanding problem-solving skills Learns new software quickly Strong web research skills Works independently with minimal supervision Reliable computer and high-speed internet suitable for remote work Responsibilities Answer product and order questions Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally Assist customers using screenshots and short screen recordings when needed Help customers provide screenshots or videos to troubleshoot issues Create clear documentation of customer support processes during your first month Deliver fast, friendly, and professional customer support To Apply Please answer the following: Tell us about your Shopify experience.
