Customer Support Representative (Email & Phone Support) – Remote We are looking for a reliable and professional Customer Support Representative to assist our growing company with customer service operations. This role involves handling customer emails, inbound/outbound phone calls, resolving support issues, and providing a high-quality customer experience. This is a remote position with flexible hours, but responsiveness and professionalism are extremely important. Responsibilities: * Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner * Handle inbound and outbound customer phone calls * Assist customers with account questions, payment issues, and general inquiries * Escalate technical or sensitive issues to management when necessary * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions * Follow company support procedures and communication guidelines * Help improve customer satisfaction and retention Requirements: * Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) * Prior experience in customer support, virtual assistant, call center, or help desk roles * Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone * Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment * Professional attitude and strong problem-solving skills * Ability to multitask and stay organized * Experience using customer support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar platforms is a plus Preferred Qualifications: * Experience supporting ecommerce, fintech, payment processing, or BNPL businesses * Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing platforms * Experience handling payment disputes or customer verification issues Position Details: * Remote / Work from home * Part-time or full-time available * Flexible schedule depending on coverage needs * Long-term opportunity for the right candidate To Apply: Please include: 1.
