Customer service representative

We are looking for a motivated, self-driven individual to join our customer service team. We are searching for someone who can multi-task, take direction, and think creatively to solve customer problems. The ideal candidate is someone who has a positive energy, can easily handle working with customers to creativley solve problems they are facing with our service, and someone who understands and follows the mission of our company. You will need to be comfortable on camera both with our internal team as well as with customers. We are a real estate marketing company, so real estate knowledge is a plus. We also use HubSpot as our CRM tool. Please share your experience and how you could be the next addition to our team!
