Summary

Hello! We are looking for a French-speaking person to manage our online customer support. This is not a sales or cold-calling role. Our customers contact us directly via chat after receiving their order (cash on delivery). Your role is to assist them, answer their questions and help them complete their purchase. Responsibilities : Respond to customers via live chat. Send voice messages where necessary. Reassure customers and answer their questions. Guide customers through to the completion of their payment. Ideal candidate : Fluent in French (impeccable written and spoken French). Excellent communication skills. Comfortable using voice messages. Patient, empathetic and customer-focused. Highly responsive. Training : We provide a detailed playbook as well as answers to all frequently asked questions. Over 95% of conversations follow the same scenarios. You will be trained gradually until you are fully independent. What we’re looking for : We’re not looking for an aggressive salesperson. We’re looking for someone capable of supporting customers professionally, answering their questions and building their confidence throughout their journey. Employment : Full-time. Long-term role. Significant career progression possible as the company grows and we expand into several countries.
