Customer Support Specialist (eCommerce Brand) โ€“ Chat, Email & Calls (Long-Term) We are an established eCommerce brand looking to hire a reliable and professional Customer Support Specialist for a long-term position. ๐Ÿงพ Job Overview You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and support requests across: Live chat (website & social platforms if needed) Email support Phone calls (when required) โฐ Working Schedule 4 hours per day 5 days per week Total: 20 hours weekly Long-term ongoing role for the right candidate ๐Ÿ’ผ Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally Assist customers with orders, shipping, returns, and product questions Handle complaints and resolve issues with a positive attitude Track and update customer records in our system/CRM Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience ๐Ÿ“Œ Requirements Proven experience in eCommerce customer support Excellent written and spoken English Comfortable handling chat, email, and phone support Strong problem-solving skills Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar is a plus ๐ŸŒŸ Ideal Candidate Experienced in online retail / eCommerce support Fast, accurate, and customer-focused Good at handling refunds, returns, and order issues Looking for a stable long-term role ๐Ÿ“ฉ How to Apply Please send: Your relevant experience in eCommerce/customer support Tools you have used (Shopify, Zendesk, etc.) Your availability Expected hourly rate A short introduction about yourself We are hiring immediately and looking for someone who can grow with our brand long-term.
