Customer Support & Community Management (Arabic Native) – Health & Wellness App | Middle East Monthly remuneration: $350 Native Arabic speaker Start: Immediate We are hiring an Arabic-native Customer Support & Community Management Specialist to support users of beneFIT, our Health & Wellness rewards app across the Middle East. Key Responsibilities: 1. AI Tools & Support Operations Use AI tools and support agents to improve response quality and efficiency. Help organize customer support workflows and automate repetitive tasks where possible. 2. Customer Support & Communication Respond to user inquiries via email, app reviews, and support channels in a professional, clear, and empathetic way. Assist users with app-related questions, rewards, step tracking, and general troubleshooting. 3. Community Management & User Engagement Moderate user-generated content on the app’s Social Wall. Support positive community engagement and flag inappropriate or sensitive content. 4. Process Improvement & Documentation Create and maintain customer support templates with AI assistance. Update FAQs and support materials based on recurring user questions. Keep clear records of incidents, complaints, and recurring issues for internal review. Requirements Native Arabic speaker (Middle East dialect) with strong written communication. Good English for internal team communication. Experience in customer support or community moderation preferred. Proactive, organized, and comfortable using AI tools. Interest in health, wellness, and mobile apps is a plus.
