U.S. Customs / ACE Portal Specialist Needed - IEEPA Refund Review and CBP Protest Filing

Job Description: We are a foreign importer of record and need an experienced U.S. customs / ACE Portal expert to help us with two issues. First, we submitted IEEPA duty refund requests through ACE/CAPE around 2.5 months ago, but we have not received any updates from CBP and the ACE reports are not showing anything. We need someone to review what we submitted, confirm whether it was done correctly, and advise whether anything else needs to be done. Second, some entries have now liquidated and we need to file protests. We are currently unable to access our ACE Protest Filer sub-account. We have emailed CBP but have not received a response, so we need help troubleshooting this and getting the protests filed correctly. Scope of Work: - Review our ACE/CAPE IEEPA refund submissions - Confirm whether the refund requests were filed correctly - Check relevant ACE reports and explain why they may show no data - Advise whether any CBP follow-up is needed - Review liquidated entries and identify protest deadlines - Help troubleshoot access to our ACE Protest Filer account/sub-account - Prepare and/or file CBP protests for relevant liquidated entries - Provide a clear summary of findings and next steps Required Experience: - Direct experience using ACE Portal - Experience with CBP post-entry work - Experience with CBP protests and liquidation deadlines - Experience with refund requests, post-summary corrections, or similar customs filings - Licensed U.S. customs broker or customs attorney preferred - Experience working with foreign importers of record preferred This is a small but specialist project.
