Cyber security project manager

Experience working within higher education or similarly complex enterprise environments. Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, HITRUST, or comparable standards. Familiarity with Identity and Access Management platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar solutions. Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or related credentials. Experience working within a formal Project Management Office (PMO). 7+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years leading cybersecurity or information security initiatives. Demonstrated experience managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects, including technologies and processes related to SSO, IGA, RBAC, and access management. Experience managing compliance-focused technology projects, including those involving regulatory or security requirements. Strong project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills. Experience coordinating third-party vendors and implementation partners. PMP certification or equivalent project management experience. Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and leadership skills.
