Cybersecurity Content Writer for Founder's LinkedIn (Human-Written)

I'm the founder of Penetrify (penetrify.cloud), an AI-driven autonomous penetration testing platform for startups and SMBs. I'm looking for a skilled LinkedIn ghostwriter to write engaging, human-sounding posts in English that I'll share from my personal account to build authority in cybersecurity and drive awareness of Penetrify. This is a ghostwriting role - the posts go out under my name, in my voice. They must read like they were written by a real human founder who knows the space, not generic AI-generated marketing fluff. What you'll do: Write 3-5 LinkedIn posts per week (we can scale up or down) Cover topics like penetration testing, vulnerability management, security for startups/SMBs, compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001), real-world breaches and lessons, and occasional behind-the-scenes founder content Mix formats: short punchy takes, story-driven posts, contrarian opinions, practical tips, and occasional product mentions (soft, value-first - not constant selling) Match my voice and adapt based on feedback Suggest topics and angles proactively, not just write to a brief You must have: Native or near-native English with a natural, conversational writing style Genuine understanding of cybersecurity / penetration testing - you can write about it credibly without me fact-checking every line Proven experience writing LinkedIn content that gets engagement (please share examples) The ability to write like a human: opinions, specifics, real substance - NOT formulaic "Here are 5 things..." AI templates Reliability and a consistent posting cadence Nice to have: A background in security, devtools, or B2B SaaS Experience ghostwriting for founders or technical leaders Understanding of what performs on LinkedIn (hooks, formatting, structure) without sounding gimmicky Important: I will be able to tell if posts are lazily AI-generated, and so will my technical audience.
