Cybersecurity SDR – Email, LinkedIn & Trigger-Based Prospecting

We are a U.S.-based cybersecurity consulting firm seeking an experienced lead generation specialist to help generate qualified meetings with prospective clients. This is not a closing role. We are looking for someone who excels at identifying organizations likely to require cybersecurity services, researching buying signals, and creating conversations through highly targeted outbound outreach. Our services include penetration testing, HIPAA risk assessments, cybersecurity risk assessments, compliance readiness, and related cybersecurity consulting services. Responsibilities -Identify companies that are likely to require cybersecurity services. -Research trigger events and buying signals that indicate a potential need for penetration testing, compliance support, or security assessments. -Build highly targeted prospect lists using ZoomInfo, Amplemarket, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other research tools. -Develop and execute outbound email campaigns. -Conduct LinkedIn outreach and engagement campaigns. -Create personalized messaging based on company-specific circumstances and business drivers. -Schedule qualified meetings for our internal team. -Continuously refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategies based on campaign performance. Candidates should be comfortable identifying opportunities based on factors such as: -New compliance or security leadership hires -SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, ISO 27001, or similar compliance initiatives -Recent funding rounds -Enterprise customer acquisition -Cyber insurance requirements -Regulatory changes -Vendor security review requirements -New CISO, CIO, CTO, or security leadership appointments -Organizational growth or expansion into regulated markets Required Qualifications -Proven experience generating qualified B2B meetings through outbound outreach. -Strong prospect research skills. -Experience identifying trigger events and buying signals. -Excellent written English. -Experience with ZoomInfo, Amplemarket, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or similar tools. -Ability to create personalized outreach rather than mass generic campaigns. -Strong understanding of lead generation metrics and campaign optimization. Preferred Qualifications -Cybersecurity, compliance, technology services, SaaS, MSP, MSSP, or IT consulting experience. -Experience selling or generating leads for cybersecurity-related services. -Familiarity with penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, -HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI, or related cybersecurity topics. -Experience engaging CISOs, CTOs, CIOs, Security Directors, -Compliance Managers, GRC professionals, or executive-level decision makers. Existing Tools - Amplemarket -ZoomInfo -LinkedIn Sales Navigator We are looking for a long-term partner who can help build a repeatable and scalable outbound pipeline.
