Czech AND Slovak-Speaking Sales Agent (Remote)

We're a contact center looking for Czech AND Slovak-speaking agents to confirm orders and offer simple upsells to customers who've already ordered health and beauty products online. Friendly, everyday phone work, fully remote. 💶 €5.40/hour fixed — paid for every hour you work 🚀 Uncapped performance bonus on top — based on your delivered orders and upsells; the better you perform, the more you earn 🏠 Remote — dialer provided 🕐 Flexible shifts, Monday to Sunday, 08:00–19:00 🎓 Full training and ongoing support from an experienced sales consultant 📈 Long-term project with several product lines and room to grow What you'll do: Call customers who've already placed an order to confirm it Naturally suggest a few relevant products to increase the order value (upsell) Keep a warm, professional tone Handle simple objections calmly and politely You'll be a great fit if you: Speak Czech AND Slovak at a native or fluent level Speak good English (our training and internal communication are in English) Enjoy talking to people on the phone Have some experience in sales or customer service (a plus, not a must — we'll train you) Are reliable and available for regular shifts To apply, send us: A quick intro about yourself and any phone, sales or customer-service experience Your availability Note: good English is required, as all training and internal communication is in English.
