Czech E-commerce Checkout Audit – Shipping, Payments & UX Gaps

I need a hands-on checkout audit for my Czech e-shop: www.ekompozity.cz on IAI Shop platform The store sells construction/composite materials and currently has gaps in the checkout experience for Czech customers. Your job is to go through the full purchase flow as a Czech buyer would — and flag everything that's broken, missing, or just worse than what local competitors offer. Must-haves to check: Shipping options — Czech carriers beyond Česká pošta (e.g. PPL, DPD, Zásilkovna/Packeta, GLS). Are they available? Correctly configured? Payment methods — local preferences: card, bank transfer, cash on delivery, possibly ČSOB/Comgate/GoPay integrations Anything else you spot that a Czech shopper would expect and currently can't find What I'm looking for from you: A clear, structured audit report — what's missing, what's broken, what's worth fixing, and ideally a rough priority order. No need for design mockups, just actionable findings. Ideal candidate: Familiar with Czech e-commerce standards and buyer expectations Experience with IAI SHOP or similar platforms is a plus Can deliver a written report in English or Czech or pPoland This is a one-time project.
