D365 CRM Consultant

Designation:- D365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant Experience Required: 8+ years Profile: Contractual Role (Hourly basis) Technical Expectations: • Understanding of third-party integration concepts and experience with integrating systems and services. • Experience in Customizing and configuring software applications to meet business needs. • Knowledge of developing extensions and plugins to enhance system functionality. • Hands-on with business process automation principles and experience in workflow automation. • Knowledge of ERP concepts and the ability to analyze business processes for optimization. • Know-how of programming skills in C# for custom development and system enhancement. • Hands-on experience with MS SQL for database management and data manipulation. • Knowledge of JavaScript for developing dynamic and interactive user interfaces. • Experience with Rest API integration for seamless integration with external systems and services. • Hands-on with Azure Web Apps for deploying and managing web-based applications. • Knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps, for low-code application development and automation. • Understanding of Dataverse for data storage, management, and integration within the Power Platform ecosystem. • Familiarity with Share Point for document management, collaboration, and integration. • Hands-on Data management skills, including data quality, data governance, and data security. Functional Expectations:- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions. Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet specific client needs. • Implement CRM modules, workflows, and integrations. • Analyze existing business processes related to sales, marketing, and customer service. • Identify areas for improvement and recommend CRM enhancements. • Map business requirements to CRM functionalities. • Ensure data integrity within the CRM system. • Assist in data migration and data cleansing activities. • Create and maintain data models and entities. • Conduct end-user training sessions on CRM features and functionality. • Provide ongoing support to users, addressing their queries and troubleshooting issues. • Leading a team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. • Manage the client delight as well as the team delight. • Participate in Agile development processes. • Manage project resources effectively. • Meet project deadlines and deliverables
