Summary

Seeking an experienced California CAD drafter to prepare an Over-The-Counter (OTC) permit plan set to clear an active San Francisco DBI Notice of Violation (NOV). The project requires documenting three states: 1) 2015 approved plans on file, 2) current unpermitted as-built conditions (2 bathrooms + wet bar), and 3) proposed demolition/reversion back to storage with MEP capping notes. All 2015 city drawings, current listing floor plans, and ceiling height measurements are provided. Looking for a fixed-price proposal for fast drafting and submittal preparation.
