Title: Review DESAT Protection Design for SiC Module ($15 Fixed Price) Description: I am looking for an engineer with experience in SiC gate drivers and DESAT protection to review an existing protection approach for a SiC power module. Scope of work: • Review the proposed DESAT protection implementation. • Recommend an appropriate DESAT blanking time. • Suggest a suitable soft turn-off approach and component values. • Provide a brief explanation of the design choices and any concerns. Deliverables: • A short written report (1–2 pages) containing calculations, recommendations, and comments. • One revision if required.
